Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders across Pakistan. There are no hidden delivery charges.

Delivery Time

Major Cities: 2–4 working days
Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. These timelines are consistent with common delivery windows used by Pakistani e-commerce stores.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where available) so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate when placing your order. Royal Finds is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel and make the payment.

Delayed Deliveries

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel after multiple attempts due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, the order may be returned to us. Our customer support team will contact you to arrange re-delivery if applicable.
